Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Returns or exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered.
2. Any issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery along with an unboxing video or clear photos as proof.
3. Customized, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery items cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Exchange value will be calculated based on the current market gold rate at the time of exchange.
5. If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Note ❗ Normal wear & tear, minor color variation, or slight weight difference within tolerance limits will not be considered as manufacturing defects.

Pricing & Gold Rate Policy

1. Jewellery prices are calculated based on prevailing gold/silver rates, wastage, making charges, and applicable GST.
2. Rates may change without prior notice due to international market fluctuations.
3. Final billing will be calculated based on the rate applicable on the date of purchase or payment.
4. Minor variations in weight or design may occur due to craftsmanship and jewellery finishing.
